Justin Cameron obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy with a concentration in ethics from Central Michigan University and obtained a Juris Doctorate from Ave Maria School of Law in 2012. Justin started his legal career as a paralegal and law clerk working at a variety of firms throughout Michigan, Florida and eventually Maryland, where he gained significant experience in condominium and homeowners’ association law. Starting as an associate as Linda S. Mericle P.A. during 2012, he quickly rose through the ranks to become a name partner as of the beginning of 2015.
Justin is actively involved in handling collection matters, violation enforcement, contract disputes, real estate transfers, drafting opinion letters, and advising condominium and homeowners' associations and their board members.
Justin is an active member on the Board for Rosaria Communities on which he serves as Treasurer.
Linda S. Mericle, Esq.

Linda Mericle graduated magna cum laude from the University of Baltimore School of Law, where she served as Associate Editor of the Law Review and was a member of the Heuisler Honor Society. Linda has been in private practice for over 20 years with a concentration in condominium and homeowners' associations work, including collections, ACC covenants enforcement, easements, bankruptcy, and many other issues confronting associations and their boards.
Linda is an active member on the Washington Metropolitan Chapter of the Community Association Institute.
Kevin Thornton, Esq.

Kevin Thornton graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law where he received the AmJur Award for Torts and UCC and served as an award-winning member of the Law Review. Before joining Cameron Mericle, P.A. at the beginning of 2015, Kevin was an attorney at the Law Offices of Kaplan & Kaplan, P.A. for over thirty years where his focus centered around condominium and homeowners’ association law including, but not limited to: Covenant Enforcement; Amendments to Association Documents; Rule and Regulation Review; Collection of Delinquencies; Warranty Enforcement, Construction Litigation and Zoning cases. Kevin has successfully litigated cases in the US District of Maryland and the Maryland state district and circuit courts. He has also successfully handled appellate cases before the Maryland Court of Appeals, Maryland Court of Special Appeals, the US Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals and the US Supreme Court.
